Our society has made encouraging progress over the past few years, particularly in horticulture and certain infrastructure upgrades. These efforts have enhanced our living environment, and we acknowledge them wholeheartedly.

At the same time, our community deserves an RWA that is more approachable, transparent, and responsive to day-to-day needs. With a team of young, energetic, and committed residents, we aim to bring fresh ideas, stronger accountability, and a spirit of teamwork that works with residents, not apart from them.

Maintenance & Infrastructure

Address Tower B & C rainwater leakage issues in lobby areas, ensuring corrective work after last year’s modifications.

Work on basement leakage issues and find a permanent solution; review previous contracts to check accountability or raise new work orders if required

Sustainable power for common areas, reducing costs.

Ensure transparent and timely financial reporting, with detailed updates on major expenses shared with residents.
Optimize the use of surplus funds through timely fixed deposits, generating additional interest income for the society.
Strengthen vendor management, linking payments to service quality and enforcing accountability clauses in contracts.

Siddhartha Kaul
President
Siddhartha brings 20 years of corporate sales experience, known for strong leadership and clear communication.
He organized H1's first Women's Cricket Tournament, passionate about community health, relaxation, and cultural connection.
As an RWA candidate, he aims for an open, fair society, improved facilities, enhanced security, and eco-friendly practices like water conservation and waste reduction.
Ravinder Rana
Vice President
Ravinder has 20 years of experience in IT/technology, with a background in multiple startups.
His approach is defined by quick decisions, rapid product development, fast feedback, flat organizations, and closely knit teams.
He's adept at wearing different hats when required to achieve goals efficiently.
Harsh Srivastava
General Secretary
Harsh has 23 years of experience in Tax Technology & Strategy Consulting, with leadership roles at EY, Accenture & Deloitte.
As an RWA candidate, he is dedicated to ensuring a peaceful living environment for residents.
He strives to significantly improve the facilities and security aspects of our society.

Actively involved in RWA activities since its inception and a member of the first RWA.

Prioritising the urgent repair of rainwater leakage in Tower B & C to protect our homes and infrastructure.

Installation of a new lift for the Club House, ensuring easy access for all residents, especially our respected elders.

Our Vision

Heritage One aims to stay friendly and valuable, with property values rising faster than the vicinity. We’ll keep spaces clean, safe, and modern, set aside repair funds, and run cultural events for all and a vibrant clubhouse for children, adults, and seniors. Inclusive and eco-friendly, we’ll keep improving daily life while steadily boosting every home’s worth.

  1. Critical Repairs Prioritising the urgent repair of rainwater leakage in Tower B & C & Basement protect our homes and infrastructure.
  1. Enhanced Accessibility Installation of a new lift for the Club House, ensuring easy access for all residents, especially our respected elders.
  1. Community & Recreation Creating a new shed and cabanas in the garden area for our Senior Citizens, and improving ventilation in the Badminton Court.
  1. Safety & Infrastructure - Work with concerned authorities to install speed breakers on both sides of the service lanes for increased safety, and implement a permanent solution for basement leakages.
  1. IFMS - Understand the status from past communication with builder and will take the negotiations forward with the builder and finalize the same in consultation with H1 Residents.
  1. CSR Led Initiatives - Welfare of our helps, Support staff and their kids e.g. Health Check-ups education initiatives (Vendor/CSR Company/NGO - Already identified).
  1. Explore Solar Installations - Opportunity to explore Solar system installations to optimize Electricity Spend for common areas such as Garden area, Ramp areas.
  1. Sinking Fund - Our society marks ten years and prepares for seen & un-foreseen major maintenance. We will create a transparent sinking fund mechanism using fair, resident approved contributions— to cover future repairs and upkeep without sudden financial demands, ensuring sound fund management and infrastructure care.
